Events dedicated to World Hepatitis Day

Advocacy Group on AIDS is organizing public action on July 24 and 28 in the framework of World Hepatitis Day.

On July 24 at 10am the activists of the Group will march to “Hoffman-LA Roche” company representative office in Armenia (35/11 Abovyan, Yerevan 0002, Armenia), with the request to review the Hepatitis C treatment drug pricing policy. Then the participants will reach to the Ministry of Health, with another letter reflected on the problems in the area of Hepatitis. The march will end “Henaran” press club where a press conference will be organized on the day results, as well as July 28 event will be presented.

On July 28, at 11am another event will be organized in Lovers’ Park, which will focus on the problem of Hepatitis – in cooperation with World Hepatitis Alliance new Guinness record will be establish bearing “This is hepatitis… Know it. Confront it” slogan. At least 25 participants will shown “See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil” action.
