On December 10th the Heinrich Boll foundation, Civil Society International Center, and a group of civil society non-governmental organization presented a world-wide Civic Charter.
The Global Framework for People’s Participation is composed by a group of organizations and are directed towards governments, who are required to to ensure the basic principles of human rights and the right of participation in civil society.
Pink Armenia is among the organizations to sign on to the charter.
