Bi Visibility Day has been celebrated every year on September 23 since the end of the 20th century to celebrate and recognize bisexual history, bisexual community, and culture. This year, as usual, we also celebrated Bi Visibility Day organizing a social event in our office. Participants made a vegan cake and decorated it with bisexual flag colors using fruits. After making and enjoying the cake, participants started a discussion on myths and stereotypes about bisexuals, also the challenges and joys of bisexual life.
Diversity is the greatest thing we have in our queer community and we don’t need myths and stereotypes in this wide spectrum of our rainbow family.
