“What’s Masc?” youth exchange program has been successfully concluded

A youth exchange program took place in Berlin from May 2-9, where five young people from Armenia participated.

As part of this exchange program, participants shared their ideas and perceptions about masculinity as well as their lived experiences. They also discussed alternative ideas about masculinity, which included ideas of compassion, interpersonal relationships, solidarity, and freedom.

To share their ideas and perspectives on masculinity, the participants, with the support of the facilitators, prepared creative, communication materials and videos where they shared them on social media platforms.

The young people participated in a drag workshop. There were also discussions about gender diversity, queer spaces, feminism, queer sports and the queer movement in general.

In addition to young people from Armenia, there were also young participants from Croatia, Latvia, France, Germany and Russia.
